A friend has booked us in over the holidays and was wondering if anyone has stayed there in the past 6 months or so?

Any information would be appreciated, thank you.

The Monastery Course is a nine-hole, par 35 course of 2,588 meters. This course spreads around the historical heart of the resort and is the perfect complement to The Atlantic Course, ideal for guests who arrive in the late afternoon but who would still like to play a round of golf.

As one of Europe’s most historical estates, Penha Longa was once the summer retreat of the crowned heads of Portugal. Located 25-kilometres from Lisbon, the Six Senses Spa at Penha Longa Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort offers guests the means to enjoy the radiant sun and the truly spectacular scenery while experiencing the recovery of life forces wedded to an unforgettable stay.

The sumptuous 1,500-square metre spa comprises wet rooms, Jacuzzi, plunge pools, a beautiful water cascade, and relaxation and meditation gazebos adjacent to the serene Jardin das Damas or Ladies Garden. In addition to the signature Six Senses skin and body therapies and wellness activities such as yoga and Tai Chi, menu highlights include individualized spa rituals and programmes administered by resident specialist practitioners.
